Well, I haven't updated the blog for awhile now... Life just some how gets so busy and blogging is something that is way too easy to put on the bottom of the list or often times not even on the list of "TO-DO'S".
Derek just finished his check-ride last Thursday for the TH-67. They are currently telling us he will be on hold about 8-10 months before learning to fly the Apache. So, we are guessing we have at least another 16 months here in Alabama.
In the mean time he will do anything and everything he can to make his time worth-while... and on top of that he will of course do what ever the Army has him doing during this break.
I got home on Friday from a fun but sleep-less week at girls camp. I spent half the day sleeping but, camp was worth seeing the girls grow spiritually.
I will continue with school in the fall. I am grateful that UVU offers most of my business courses on-line and will be working on those for my time while here in Alabama.
And last but not least… we are expecting! Yes, this may come as a shock to most of you, it still is for us. We are over 3 months along and are going to be having a Christmas baby. For the most part I have felt pretty good. JUST REALLY TIRED all the time. I think Derek gets tired of me being tired, but that being said he has been supportive and loving.
So, as far as updates I think that is all for now.
