In April 2012 our friends the Boscolo Family came to visit all the way from Brazil. We were grateful to get an entire day to spend with them and their daughter (Dani, Dani, and Anne).
Here we are enjoying ourselves at the Hogle Zoo. Daniel’s sister and her little guy joined us at the Zoo as well. It was a fun filled day. I am not sure the kids would have enjoyed it as much as they did without that little stroller that we rented.
After the Zoo, we headed up the Canyon to show our friends some snow. They had a great time. I ended up asking the people up at Brighton Ski Resort if they’d give our friends a free ride up the ski lift. Much to my surprise they consented, and it was a real treat for my friends that have really never set foot in the snow before. They went all out and rented snow boots or rather snow boarding boots for themselves so they could walk better in the snow.
After that we took them to our favorite place to eat…Texas Road House. They took great care of our friends and brought them free Ribs since it was their first time eating at Texas RoadHouse. We are looking forward to being able to visit them in Brazil one of these days in the future! Thank you Boscolo Family for spending the day with us, we loved it!
